Hand Book
The Diocese of Athabasca is governed by several documents, which make up the Bishop's Hand book .The links on the left will take you to each of the documents. The Diocese was incorporated by a statute of the Alberta Legislative Assembly in 1914. The Constitution, Canons and Regulations were completely revamped in 1994.
